Creature of the NightUnder the shade of a tree
I sat alone
Watching the sun set in front of me
the yellow rays cast shadows
Above me are the birds that fly free
I watch in admiration
Hope for a future fills up inside me
as the birds fly away
The ball of flame that I can see
gets replaced by the moon
A ball of crystal hanging over the sea
that shines a strange yellow
I sit there facing the deep blue sea
counting the stars above
Darkness creeps over light above me
reminding me of the memories
Like a locked bird released free
to come and haunt
It make me once again want to flee
far away from here
FaintA loud crack
didn't awaken me
it knocked me out
as I fell slowly
The world starts to spin
in circles again
the voices that call me
seem far and faint
Colours that flash
through my mind
become clear to form
pictures of some kind
The faces in my head
are familiar but strange
the sounds beyond my body
seem beyond my range
These pictures are memories
of my daily life
Am I dead already?
Can I still survive?
Until I feel the water
splashed on my face
I force my eyes open
escaping from the craze
